Please Return within 10 days of your purchase or right away if there is a problem or if an item is defective. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some products are exempt from being returned, at this time Special Orders and Perishable goods such as food are not eligible to be returned.
To complete your return
We require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). It is our way of verifying our returns in advance so we will know way course of action needed to be taken. Please do not send back Items not in original package or with missing parts unless it is due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 days.
Late or missing refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. When you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund if it was our error.
If you are shipping items over 100 dollars please get insurance comparable to the items being returned just in case it is lost or damaged by carrier. Please always use a trackable shipping service that you can purchasing shipping insurance from. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
